Exercise can be a hard thing, especially when you really want to do it but can’t because of life. And when I say life I mean LIFE. Why does life get in the way anyway, aren’t we supposed to feel fulfilled about life and us to not worry about the fact that exercise can be CUMBERSOME!!!!
It’s easy isn’t it? Exercise. Just go to the gym, etc, or if you have a home gym, go there, then wham, the weights are WEIGHING on your shoulders and immediately you feel depressed, LOL. But why? It shouldn’t be that dumb and stupid so why bother getting so worked up about it right? Like I said, it should be easy. Easy, butttttt HARD!!!! Always with that word, hard hard hard. What the eff is so hard about bloody exercise?~!!!! I’m going to keep reiterating that fact that if people keep complaining about how hard workouts or exercise is, I think I will poop my pants a bajillion times until my butt cheeks hurt like as though I have eaten a million chilli peppers in one go without water. And we all know you need water for that.
Look. I know. It’s hard. I’m not going to deny it. But let’s crack this mother-effer down slowly as deemed possible so that we can finally crack this baby and destroy it once and for all. Procrastination? Yes. You heard that right, procrastination. That’s why gym or exercise is hard. We all procrastinate. But like I said before… Why do we do it? Is it genetic? Do we get these stupid genes from our parents? No they’re not stupid, YOU ARE. HA. I kid again, lmao, ain’t I a funny bee. All jokes aside. JUST EFFING DO THE DAMN TASK. Once you do it. It gets easier, then your mind will start finding ways to enjoy the task. Or, it becomes more automatic. Look, I get it, you don’t wanna go through the pain of getting your s*%t together. That’s ok, but don’t whinge and complain when you’re up another 5kgs for the day or month. Seriously, it’s gonna happen.
Do you think you can stop it with some kind of magic potion you learned from watching too much Harry Potter yesterday? Yes, if you were born in the mental asylum as I have been. HAHA. Man am I funny or what?
We just need to focus that’s all. Focus on what matters. You. You keep putting yourself last, that’s why you’re not taking care of your body and enjoying exercise.
Can I put it in any other crappier way than to say that you just need to just DOOOO ITTTTTT.
I wish I could be there to make it easier for you but hey, if things were so easy, why hasn’t all the men in the world become as chiseled as Bruce Lee? Or beefed up as Arnold Schwarzenegger?
